Return & Exchange Policy

We offer returns and exchanges within 15 days for all sets that remain unused, unworn, and unaltered. Please note that our products are made from 100% natural human hair, sourced from individual donors, therefore, we cannot guarantee all of the hair color or texture. However, we will try our best to supply customers with best matches to meet your demands. You can always check out your order and determine if the color is a good match through photos or video call.

I. Return & Exchange Policy

Return and exchange requests are only accepted by following our requirement as follows:

  • Within 15 days of receiving the package;
  • Hair must NOT have been installed, dyed, permed, treated with chemicals or altered in any situations;
  • Hair must NOT have been used/ washed/ damaged/ cut the hair;
  • Hair MUST be in its original bundle and NOT be untied at the top;
  • Returned packages MUST include a copy of the original invoice;
  • The product is NOT a customized products (color hair, steamed curly, lace closure/frontal or wig items);
  • Shipping fee and handling belong to the customer’s responsibility;
  • Goods must be received at our factory before the refund can be issued;

We will not accept your returns or exchanges which do not follow those requirements.

II. Return & Exchange Process

Once you matter the notes above and make sure that your case is suitable for offering refund and exchange, here are the 5 simple steps for you to contact us and have the issue solved:

  1. Contact us with a photo or video showing the issue ask for solutions.
  2. We will review your case and solutions. Since most problems can be solved by maintenance method (because human hair products always need proper care, even natural hair on a donor head), we may give you recommended product(s) that will deal with those problems.
  3. When the packet was confirmed returnable, customers can start sending the packet back to the information provided by Viet Raw Hair for direct check. Customers will need to pay all the fees, including shipping and customs fee in Vietnam. We recommend using a shipping service provider with a signature and / or insurance confirmation service to protect your package.
  4. After the packet was received by us, we’ll check the products and termine who is responsible (we’ll stop processing the refund if the packet was not the same as in the pictures or videos that we received earlier).
  5. After the items match the conditions and requirements for return and exchange, we will issue an exchange or refund. We will only refund the purchase amount for the product. Shipping costs and other charges (if any) will not be refunded.
